Dear Parents / Caregivers

Our Kapa Haka Group took part in the Super Arts competition on Wednesday and was an awesome team. Although small in number they made up for that in voice!

1^stin the Haka section and 2^nd overall.

EVENTS

Week 5 – Outdoor Education Camp for all rooms this week.

All money should be paid by now and the list of camp necessities being readied.

Those students not attending camp are to attend school as usual.

Week 6 – We are having a visit by the Education Review Office – 15^th November.

The ERO carries out education reviews of schools and early childhood services throughout New Zealand. The purpose of each school review is to help improve the achievement of school students and to give schools, parents, communities and the government useful information to bring about improvement.

When completed the report will be published and available for viewing at the school office.

Week 7 – 23^rd November

The White Ribbon Rally 12:00 - 1 00pm

Mufti day - gold coin donation.

We invite all fathers to school to admire the motor bikes and to support the “Men Against Violence” rally.

END OF YEAR ACTIVITIES.

15^th December - Prize giving – Year 7 will be at 1:30pm in the school Auditorium.

Year 8 will be at 5:00pm in the school Auditorium to be followed by the Dinner and Dance.

More on this later.

It’s that time again - all students need to have sun hats or caps.
